Good experience using this company when my furnace stopped heating. Excellent communication back and forth. Prompt personal service. Reasonable cost for initial service visit. Rod, the service tech, was courteous and seemed knowledgeable about his work. I recently bought my house and am not well versed on all the intricacies of my dual fuel, multiple zone heating/cooling system and Rod took extra time to explain the workings of my system.

The complexity of top tier geothermal heat pumps requires technical expertise that comes from accumulated knowledge of maintaining these systems over time. Add the additional technical complexity of the interaction of these systems with whole house automated backup generators and the signicance of an experienced technician becomes a necessity. I am changing over to McGee because my prior service provider has changed management and can no longer retain experienced techs. The tech from McGee had over 16 years of experience with my complex installation and was a great communicator

Excellent service. My 89 year old mother, that just had a hip replacement, heating system stopped working during the night. I called McGee at 6:45 am and explained her situation. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. A Technician was at her house by 7:30 am and made the repairs. I am so grateful for McGee’s service. Will absolutely use them again.
