A Planned Maintenance Agreement is an agreement between you and Mcgee for scheduled inspections and maintenance of your heating and air conditioning system.  A PMA is generally scheduled twice a year, typically in the Spring and Fall, to maintain peak efficiency, prevent equipment related energy spikes, and prolong the life of your heating and cooling system.  An hvac system is typically the largest energy user in your home.  Up to 50% of energy can be saved with proper installation, sizing, and maintenance of your system.  An hvac system can be taken for granted until failure.  Occurences of decreased efficiency, energy spikes, loss of production, and premature failure are all characteristics related to poor maintenance.  A heating and cooling system is a product that requires maintenance similar to how one would care for their automobile.
